OUR STORY ABOUT WHY WE STARTED USING ESSENTIAL OILS

Back in 2015 I started noticing that I was dealing with brain fog, frequent headaches, sleeping but waking up still feeling tired, feeling lethargic and my hormones were out of balance. These are many of the things that in today's society we chalk up as being "normal". Rather than accepting that as the norm, I start researching and I found that the chemicals in the conventional products I was using in our home such as our soaps, personal care products, makeup, laundry soap, candles and perfumes were huge triggers to the symptoms I was experiencing. I also learned that whatever I'm putting on my body today can actually impact up to 7 generations. We don't have a family yet, but one day we want to start a family so I took responsibility to become the gatekeeper in our home and I started researching clean alternatives. I found essential oils but I learned really quickly that there are very few labeling standards when it comes to essential oils so in order for a bottle to be labeled as 100% pure, only 5% of the oil has to be pure and the rest can be filled with synthetics, alcohol, fillers or even water. Rather than reading just the labels on the bottle, I dove into researching the integrity of the companies, their quality standards and how the oils were harvested. It was at that point that I found Young Living and they checked all the boxes for me. We have been using the oils faithfully since 2015 and the quality of our health has improved so much. We turn to Essential Oils for everything. We love using oils for emotional support, sore muscles, energy, focus and concentration, our immune systems and so much more. I'm forever grateful that I found these little bottles of plant juice and now I would love to pay it forward and help you experience the same thing.
